Rain Day Policy

In the event of inclement weather, referee fees are not owed for any game canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled kickoff.

For games canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled start time, or on the day of the game before a referee has left for the field, referee fees are also not owed.

If a game is canceled after a referee has left for the field, at the field, or after the game has started, the referee fees shall be paid in full by the club or league.

It is the referee’s responsibility to check the field status before leaving for the game by visiting the league website for the matches you are assigned. It is also recommended that you text the assignor and your referee crew to confirm the game status.
